Mine was changed up a bit...sorta..
Originally everything was actuated and it dwelled in main street green until a conflicting call was picked up by the detectors. The flashing yellow arrow signal brought up a green arrow, when called, at the END of the cycle.
I have since worked my magic and changed it so that the controller cycles everything at least the minimum time to keep things from getting too hot on the static phases.
Now vehicle calls extend the timing and there is traffic responsive coordination involved...which in the most simplest of terms means the controller automatically selects from three timing plans based on how many calls are seen in a given amount of time. More calls, it selects a timing plan with longer phase times. I changed the flashing yellow arrow to start with a green arrow
