I need your help to find the brand of the trafficlight :)

It looks quite Italian or Greek to me, perhaps an older SCAE or similar. I think SCAE now distribute Swarco products rather than their own.

I'm not sure how often Sergio comes on the boards, but he should be able to help you if he sees this!

I don't know if that is the brand, it just looks like it could be.

I have Sergio in facebook and he is on my facebook page. he sayed its looking italy signal, but he isnt sure.

Surely this is an italian signal. The word "APP. MIN. 30976" is the number of 'approval of the Italian Ministry of Transport, it is not the brand. I think it is a traffic light INCES brand, dating back to the 70s. I have a similar one too. It would be interesting to see the back of this traffic light.
