No prob! Let me know how it goes, if you still have timing issues I know a few other things we can try. I remember having a similar issue where some intervals tended to stick on longer than what was set.

Well, Every time I re-program this cabinet the conflict monitor reads "controller voltage monitor" whenever I re-program it! Am I not programming it correctly? And also the only drivers that I can use on my cabinet are the "V1-V4" and the "P1-P4"! The "VA-VB" etc. do not exist on my cabinet board, only have spots for 4 load switches!

If it has only 4 spots for load switches, it's most likely set up to run V1, V2 and P1, P2 only. That is 2 phase operation with peds

When it trips can you reset the monitor and have it run normally? Does the EPIC run?

Pictures are what is needed to see what your problem could be......

If you are trying to run an 8 Phase intersection in a 2 phase cabinet that is one problem.

The second problem is the Conflict Monitor is not seeing 24 volts out of the controller...
Well what do you know. If I put my name here, I do not have to sign it everytime.

It has a total of 8 spots for load switches and one for a flasher unit. The monitor will not reset when i press the reset button. Also im pretty sure the epic stops when the monitor detects the issue, but once i make an adjustment the epic starts again! Soo i'm a little baffled and stuck!! :panic:

How long does the monitor "Flash" the signals before starting up?

Set it for 5 seconds and see if that does anything.

When you first turn on the controller, it may take a few seconds for the 24 volts to fire up......

When I turn the cabinet breakers on it powers up and cycles through the program perfect. the controller works fine its just when i try to run a new program it freezes, i think im the issue and just not programming it properly!

Reset the EPIC and see if the problem goes away. It will erase your current programming, but you can always input that back in. It actually may help by clearing out any garbage programming in the controller.

I reset the epic to default so everything i cleared is gone... it works just as it should after i reset the programming, runs a standard 4-way intersection with peds, the default works without issue!
