Is there such an item? Used some of Sondra's small paint brushes.

Cheers!

Hi Old-timer,

The brushes Sondra has are similar to the one in the link you posted.

Did not realize there were brushes designated as "Lettering Brushes." Use to painting whatever with what I have on hand and modifying with scissors as needed.

Cheers!

Hiya Folks,

We are starting to reassemble the letter box.

Had to fabricate a track for the mounting hardware to attach to the wall. Used two pieces of flat bar threaded and bolted together. This was one of those times I wished I had access to welding eqiupment at work which is several states away.

The two recessed holes are for lag bolts to attach into a stud in the wall. The other hole closer to the center right is threaded to secure the letter box to retard theft.

Partial assembly prior to touch up and clear coating exterior.

Now that we have part of the box together, I can get proper measurments for the machine screws for the hinged parts.

Cheers!

Hiya Folks,

Seems this letter box keeps getting set aside due to other "things" we keep finding or tripping over lately.

Anyhow, the letter box is most of the way back together. Been applying clear coat before attaching the information frames.

Hiya Folks,

We were able to put in a little time on our neglected mail box today. We are near finished and about ready to mount by the front door.

We designed, printed and laminated our own labels plus cut clear plastic to go over the labels in the frames.

Depending on what we have going on tomorrow, will attempt to make the time to mount this beast out front.

Cheers!
