That looks to much like work. I like standard bulbs or just an LED retofit. That is the one thing American traffic signals have that I like. They ALL take the same medium base bulbs.

I need LED´s but one set (red yellow green 210mm) cost here 280euro about 300dollar

I agree.

We had 2 types of bulb up until the Mellor. We had 60w 240v ESC which is what Plessey Tins use, and a smaller 240w bulb for SGEs which I'll find out more info about.

Then the mellor came along, 12v 50w halogen capsules were implemented, which are totally dofferent to the ones Philips and Futurit use I think.

Still today, all signal heads use 12v 50w halogen capsule lamps or 48v LED modules.
