Marbelite was originally in Manhattan from what I understand. The company relocated to the borough of Brooklyn in the city of New York in perhaps the late 1940s or so. Wouldn't be sure off the top of my head. Marbelite was there for a fairly long period of time. The company eventually relocated to the borough of Staten Island. Nowadays, Marbelite is in Manasquan, N.J.
Do you know if it has a year (and perhaps a month) that is stamped on the interior of the cabinet door? From what I noticed, Marbelite typically stamped a year of manufacture on each signal controller cabinet (usually on the larger cabinet that housed models such as the m-30 and m-20) that the company manufactured. Perhaps the company stamped a year of manufacture on that type of cabinet. Personally, I would ask the seller to check. He or she could check the back of the inside of the cabinet, too.
In any case, that is a really nice e/m signal controller from Marbelite. Quite small, which is nice. It's funny that you posted this, because I remember a similar cabinet (with the equipment in it) was auctioned on Ebay last year.
