To clarify, most E27 base lamps I can find online at http://www.lightbulbdepot.com tend to be higher voltage incandescent, along the lines of 220-250V AC. However, you can use these on regular 120V AC home voltage, just know that the bulbs will only light about half as bright as the rated output as they are only receiving about half the voltage for which they're designed.
Is there a way to make them light up 100%?
