I went to Lowes and found a plastic container almost the exact size as the interior of the visors. Filled it with Quikrete, let it cure and then removed the bowl. With the help of a propane torch and rubber hammer, the dents came out with no problem. The plastic container cost around $3 and the Quikrete was around $4. So now I'll have it to use on future projects as well.

I was able to save the rod nuts and was going to use some original rods I have but they are slightly bent. I was think they will likely be ok to use as it would not make much of a difference once everything is tightened down.
Would you guys re-use these or pick up some news ones?
I'm picking up a Octagonal base and pole on Tuesday. Now if I could just find a CH slipfitter.At this rate, Troy will probably have 5 more lights done before I finish this one.
