EM, NEMA, whatever - if it controls a traffic signal, you can talk about it here.

For the record, I don't claim or pretend to claim liability if you happen to burn your house down.

I can see a person want to build a controller of his own and I was that way back in high school as I wanted to build a Eagle ET-300 controller in electronic class, could never get all the correct parts to build it. Then went on to the other way to do a signal like relays and a cam timer. The relays DPDT did the signals lights and the cam timer did the yellow time with a set of timer relays to do the min A green and the b phase green min and max. worked good for some time. Then went to work for the city doing there signals my dream job. Still in electronics but now do signals as a hobby.

Tell me a little about your self? are you in school or what do you do?

thanks John

by the way yes I know what a 12AX7 tube is. High- Mu
Twin Triode

same as 12AD7, 12AE7, 12AT7, 12AU7, 12AV7, 12AY7, 12az7 and a lot more same pins and hook up
for years I used the 6680 and 6681 in sound system for pre amp tubes less noise and longer life

look up the 5727 tube it was used for many years in Eagle controllers. ET-115, Et-145, ET-175 and my most liked Et-300

have fun with that now it is you turn to hear about you Mr12AX7 ???

If the timer will just overheat I will
just save up and get a ltg
The reasons I want to make this is because I
want to build a electromechanical controller

I would wait until you could get a lights to Go or some other brand. :hello:
Well what do you know. If I put my name here, I do not have to sign it everytime.
