Darley question

Postby Easy on Sat Jul 06, 2013 11:10 pm

While assembling a Darley beacon I noticed that the top, bottom, and panels do not have a tight seal. Since this one is a single bulb I know that the light is going to shine through the corners. When i took it apart it seemed to have some sort of caulking. What have you guys used the keep the light from shinning through the corners?

Caulking is quick and does the trick.

Mine has old cracked caulking of some kind in those seams. I don't know if mine has ever been taken apart though.
