They look kind of like Dambach imo, or another company who's name escapes me now. But they use these heads on thier Temp signal sets.

What does the white lens say in your avaitar?

Do you have a shot of the 3 color light in the bottom picture? Is that a crosswalk sign of some type above it?

It's simply a yellow diamond with a thick white border. Most EU countries use this to denote priority at junctions. This means that when the signals are not functioning, that road has priority. The other road will have a Give Way or STOP sign mounted with the signals.

The UK and Ireland do not use such a sign, however.
