Jetty St, Grange. It has been untouched by the DTEI since it's installation! Possibly kept under heritage control by the Charles Sturt council.

And can you please give a little bit of 'clue' about those cone-things at the tops of the signal poles -- are they some sort of electrical junction box, or just a cover, or ?? :scratch: (hope that isn't a dumb question...) :grin:

That thing on top of almost every signal pole in Australia is indeed a weatherproof junction box. Here's a cutaway view of one:

Any idea what the dome shaped device is on top of the posts? Kind of looks like a radio antenna of some sort...

It's a weatherproof junction box. If you go the Aldridge website, they have a webpage describing it's features.
