It seems really rare.
It looks like they have a set 9 inch Kopp lenses. (I have a Kopp walk lens at my house that has similar blue tint almost like what you see with Colbalt glass.)
I find interesting that the city didn't change to a flashing don't walk phase. Maybe the control box didn't have the capability. Not sure
It looks like the dimensions of the housing might be 10 inches by 12 inches. Very similar to the CH type M breadloaf peds.
Anyone else notice this?
