Hiya Jay,

Always have to leave something for "next" week to look forward to trying to get....

If we did grab the two Eagle horizontal lights, not sure what we would do with them. We have a couple of lights for our yard with a few too many. Plus we have some other items we wish to restore this summer before I get off medical leave.

Cheers!

Spent a few hours in the junk lot this morning. Below are a couple of items we now possess....

Some old playground equipment, few CH parts and lenses.

Really cool old lamp post with the old porcelean shade. Plan to mount this over the work bench.

Sondra plans to repaint the horse and caterpillar then we will mount in the yard for the dogs to pee on.

Will see what we can find next week.

Cheers!

Hi Cameron,

The green is a CH Smiley and the amber is an Eagle. Will probably trade for a yellow smiley.

Cheers!

Howdy Folks,

Sondra and I visited the junk lot briefly yesterday morning enroute to a car club picnic and I asked about the two horizontal Eagles due to various inquiries. The owner said they are not for sale at this time. As mentioned before, this guy is kind of finicky with items he has for sale or not for sale. Think sometimes it depends on how he feels and mood.

Will wait a couple of weeks and inquire again.

Cheers!

Hiya Folks,

We spent a little time in the junk lot this morning. Picked up a couple of odds and ends.
Sondra now has a playground duck to redo.

Found an old Fire Alarm box by Gamewell Co. Newton, Mass. plus a couple of real old bronse apartment door knockers.

Sondra did get a bunch of other small items such as iron butterflys and horseshoe door knockers, etc. to decoratively paint for gifts or something.

There are some old RR and nautical laterns in the lot and I hope to dig a few out next week.

Cheers!
