LFE catalog Ped sections in Archive

Thanks to Mike80, we now have the ped signal sections of a 1970's-era LFE/Automatic Signal catalog in the archive.

Mike promises to scan the vehicle signal section and I hope he can be persuaded do more, but I know first hand that can be a big job.
