Tap Talk PLEASE

Postby cwolfe78 on Sat Apr 23, 2011 6:53 pm

Can you please add this forum to the Tap Talk community? http://www.tapatalk.com/plugin.php
My Droid has pretty much replaced my laptop. Tap Talk makes forum interaction SO easy to do from a smartphone.
TIA for your consideration.

It's the all the animated smilies. :P Hell, my desktop version of Firefox runs slow trying to show them all. :( I tried on my phone, it can't even handle it.

Not mine. (Well, it handles it, but is incredibly slow.) Firefox on Evil Fascinate 3.5.1 and Stock ED01. Never used the built-in browser. (Ick.) :beee:

built in works ok... major lag when typing
Firefox much better... background and header images throw it for a loop in dl and processing...

Global 2 3g & wifi... wifi a little better

(if anyone cares...)

iPhone 4 = this site works great!
iPhone 3g = this site is completely unusable.

I have been under the suspicion that the large background image may be the culprit for making this site hard to use on less-powerful phones.
