Third coat of Golden Yellow has been applied! It's going very nicely!

A few other questions,

How do I restore shine to the non-painted small metal parts (e.g. angle bolts, reflector screws, visor screws) and remove the rust from the original bracket arms? I've already bought new mounting bolts, wing nuts, washers, etc.

At last! It's 99% complete! All I need to do now is to apply a new G+W label on the side, fit a base & a carry handle, wire it up to a 240v flex and switch it on!

Inside the signal. It was better to install bulb holders salvaged from an earlier 300mm Aldridge lantern rather than using a soldering iron to replace the frayed wiring.

Great job on the restoration!!

Now you just need a sequencer in it....Lights To Go http://www.trafficlights.com/T2ad.htm makes them for pedestrian signals [although I'd check to make sure the sequencer is able to work on your voltage over there].
A cop pulled me over and said, "Papers..." So I replied, "Scissors! I win!" and drove off.

Are the lenses Glass or Plastic???

They have the break-off points like plastic......

But the words are molded into the lens like glass?

:hello:
Well what do you know. If I put my name here, I do not have to sign it everytime.
