Postby IndianaSmith on Thu Aug 02, 2012 8:12 pm

Picked this up over the weekend. Its pretty heavy so I believe the guts are still inside but I havent had any luck picking the lock. Any pointers on this, are the keys close to being the same on these? if so can someone post a pic of a key. Also what era do you suppose this is from. thanks

Andy, (Canuck in TX) has a cabinet like that and the controller for it too. Maybe he can help you.

I'm still trying to find the correct sized key for mine. Fortunately mine was not locked so I took the lock off and had a look inside of it. The one I have has no "pins" or "teeth" so I just need to locate a skeleton key that will fit the hole - it's slightly skinnier than an EF key.

I see online that Pelco sells them - key & lock. Does anyone know if this company is good about selling to individuals such as us?
A cop pulled me over and said, "Papers..." So I replied, "Scissors! I win!" and drove off.
