There are several places across Quebec that have them, including the A-20/A-520 interchange right next to the Trudeau Airport.

Are those supposed to be bicycle signals (the small ones)?

Nope; they're there for the first car in line to see, since the other signals are aimed toward the cars behind it.

Near Montreal http://goo.gl/maps/Tndoh

Also in the area:

These 3M's have reds on the top and bottom sections (typical Quebecois style). If I had known these were there last August, I would've gotten several pics of these baby's.

And also in the area, more 3Ms with the actual shaped lenses!

Two different PED 3Ms down in DC. One has symbols, the other is still worded. There's an old attempt at ADA compliance with an external speaker. It's barely visible on the bottom head, closes to the camera (away from the street.)

I am a railfan, signalfan, and I'm interested in tornado sirens. I hope to learn new things about traffic lights because I'm interested in them and don't know much about them.

Hey guys,

today I got some better videos of that inline 5-section 3M (better as in you can actually see the indications, and the videos have the full cycles of both streets).
Here they are:

Facing University Ave (5 section & 3 section)(full cycle):

(Just 5 section shown)(protected left phase only):

Facing McCormick Rd (two 3 sections)(full cycle):

Dug this up. I used to make Lego traffic lights for my Lego cities when I was younger, and I made a 3M at one point.

Given the limited number of small enough pieces, I think that's the closest anyone can ask for.
