I love to see this, I mean I live to see things that I can look at and say nice work. This is awesome work. Phil you have got to be the best asset NY has on it's payroll. Think of the cost to replace, rewire, and probably over engineer if you simply threw your hands in the air and said "I can't repair it, just replace it".
I'm saying this very act has saved money for the state of NY. and should be commended. This is on the spot ingenuity that many states lack.
