My name is David. I have been born and raised in San Diego, CA. I have always been into traffic lights since I was three or four years old. Makes sense here since there was all kinds of good stuff here in Southern California. I'm a collector of mostly Econolites and 3M lights. Especially the 3Ms... I've always been fascinated with them! I do have a TCT that has 3M adapters on it. That's actually in my room. I have a couple of 8 inch 3 section Econolites. One is a long groove with backplates and the other is a short groove. I also have two 8-8-12s. One of the 8-8-12s, I want to make into an 8-8-8-12 if I can find another single short groove head. I have two 3M lights... one has arrows and the other has ball lenses. The ball lense 3M is hooked up to my Getaway machine. It flashes the lights exactly like the small light that's on the playfield. If I ever get my High Speed pin out of storage, I want to make the same mod to that one as well.

you shouldnt have any problem finding a short groove econo section, there easy to come by
