agreed
With a hundred bids or no bids...... it's still back dooring, but as I have said before " I have learned to accept it as part of ebay " It a dog eat dog world...if you don't back door it someone else will.

I suppose this is somewhat right. What started as an ebay auction did not end as one. I would not have revealed this light and come forward if I did not state the truth in what I did. I never asked the seller to do any deal off of ebay. I have the ebay messages to document this if anyone is interested. What should one do when something like this happens? As I have stated, I want to be fair to buyers and ebay. Ebay does now charge a fee for pulling auctions, but it is not necessarily the equivalent to final value fees. I do appreciate the feedback from the members here regarding this, because it has been a major issue over the years. I don't pull any of my auctions, and I have been asked to in the past. I also have never asked anyone to pull an auction. This is one of those strange situations, and I want my word to be valid, as trust is important, and I value the people here firstly.
