Jon,

Looks nice. Not really a fan of the type of head, but it turned out nice...

Pictures man pictures!

And also, consider yourself lucky that's a non-gasket-holds-everything-together Durasig! I'd put LEDs in mine, but, I'm afraid I might get angry at it and reach for a 20 pound sledge.

Ian-
Is yours 8" or 12"? I have the same LEDs that you have in your 12" Mark V... They fit perfectly in my 12" doors that are 2nd gen doors... Green one could have been a 1st gen crappy door, but all 3 units went right in--just a bit snug... I know the 8" doors are a bit picky...

Jon, it's a 12" Gen 1. If I swap the LEDs out of one of these TCT heads I'll try to fit them into the Durasig doors.

Nice work, plus I'm really glad to know I'm not the only one who paints used polys before hanging them up. Painting the outsides of those black poly visors SBY takes a few coats but the prep with windex and a clean rag is certainly easier than devining which stipper to use on a particular layer (out of several) of lumpy brushed on paint on a 50 year old sig.

Great job, dialight durasigs are pretty common where I live. They used to be incandescent with LED peds, but they were replaced a while ago. :clapping:
