There really needs to be a database of LED inserts...

I'm glad I know the Swarco answer, as there's a couple of intersections (like this one in Saratoga Springs) that has that LED and I've always wondered what the make was.

Sorry, but now, there's more...

#1 - I don't have any real pictures. unfortunately. These are the best street view views I could get.
They are only in some recently installed McCains. I think they have a sort of diamond pattern.

#2 - This bimodal isn't LED (it's fiber optic)... but does anyone know the brand? It is the only one left in Charlottesville. It has never lit up.

Do you have a picture of a cooper arrow? They look to me like Leotek MF series, but I have no idea.

The LED arrows look to be EOI, if they are gloss black on the Outside.

That is what the Red one looks like in the blur..

The Fiber-optic arrow is National Sign and Signal - Battle Creek, MI.
