Two years ago, Washington County went through and axed all their 12/8/8s....or so they thought. I found one that they missed here:

:shock: Today the man/hand ped signal sorta confuses me. The neon peds give me instant clarity of what to do at a glance.
Yet I can read. I'm assuming they switched to the man/hand thing due to the illiterate folk out there :scratch:

I'm tired of being a minority in this establishment. I say we rise against the oppression of these confusing ped signals and demand simplicity :rant:
