Conventional Plessey Ped

Now here's the kind of Plessey people think of..Conventionsl RYG body, Amber Omit, and Command Lenses. Someone sprayed the CROSS lens green (supposed to be white) and also lost a ton of flasher dots in it trying to change bulbs.

Ebay. I was forced to take the thing home for $49.99 because no one wanted to bid on it.

That's the more original design, as you point out, but its not the earliest. Green cross/cross now lenses were a permitted variant, but I doubt the factory would have painted a white lens green.

If you needed space, I'd probably pay the shipping to have that here
(Seriously, though, keep hold of that one forever!)

The pictures didn't show well, but the lens was obviously spray painted from the backside green, complete with runs and drips.
