I picked up a signal with several 27's in it, how many versions of the 27 did they produce, and which one is oldest?

One has no markings at all on the edge.

Several say: "Horni Signal Mfg. Company New York City" #27

Several more say: "Horni Signal Mfg. Company New York City" Kopp NO. 27.

They all have, "Horni Signal Mfg. Corporation New York City" on the rim.

This green one has no markings at all on the rim.

These lenses feel heavier than the average lens.

There are 7 lenses in perfect condition...

2 red
3 amber
2 green

I also have another green as shown in the picture's with a chip in it, I glued it back in place and it looks pretty good.

Does anyone have some spiderweb's they would be willing to trade for these??

That's sweet. I thought the Kopp 27s were rare or highly sought after :scratch:

I don't have any spiders to trade for these but if I did, I'd be on that like a fat kid on a cup cake.
