Update: PBOT already got the signal replaced which is shocking given their usual track record when it comes to replacing broken/missing things. I knew of a DO NOT ENTER sign that was completely bleached white by the sun and it took them five years to replace it without me saying anything. Interestingly, they reused the pole and the button with the base and signal being replaced.
