Yellow-green color blindness? I don't think there can be such a thing since yellow, in lighting, is "red + green", and also because most LED housings have the color name marked on the back in big letters...

Some of the newer ones are just an arrow in the color....
Also some of the units are clear front, so if your not paying attention, it can happen
