Very cool, thanks for sharing all this Dennis!

I really like this display (the wall mounted one):

Thanks for the offer Dennis, let me get back to you on that. I have to resolve a certain other issue first... :(

Nice Groenpol signals !! The long and sharp visors are probaby the most characteristic of these guys.

By the way, first time to see olive-green groenpol signals!
Do you have a section where the nameplate (bottom left of lens door) says "GTI Groenpol Industries" ?

Nice!!

Groenpol signals used in Hong Kong SAR (HKSAR).
Note the use of 300mm pedestrian signals not used in Nederland/Deutschland.

They also use Futurit Mondial and Philips' own design (which also, oddly sports pointy visors) signal heads in HK.

I like Gruenpol signals, however the Dutch authorities seem to distroy thier profile with them huge oval backing boards. The Dutch were also buying into Swarco AluStars last time I was there. They are a lot of money (around €500 for a standard design, apparently) because they are stylish and practicle. However, the Dutch pay this extra money for a stylish head, and the extrude and deform it by mounting a bloody big backing board
