After it has been signed off it goes to the City and there responsible. When General Contractors left New Phila in 2002 they left a mess that Mark had to repair. He made sure the next phase everything was in writing and done to his specs. He had a few problems but nothing like phase 1

Once inspected at the "Turn On", If it runs for 10 days without any problems.......... :bye:
