Phil, do you mean there's NO warranty beyond the contractor's ten day inspection?

After it has been signed off it goes to the City and there responsible. When General Contractors left New Phila in 2002 they left a mess that Mark had to repair. He made sure the next phase everything was in writing and done to his specs. He had a few problems but nothing like phase 1

Once inspected at the "Turn On", If it runs for 10 days without any problems..........
