Then what you are looking for is a "Subscribe" option.... It's available on a lot of different board software, not sure it's an option here

There is a button on the very bottom of the page that allows you to subscribe to topics.

There is a button on the very bottom of the page that allows you to subscribe to topics.

I would support a 'like " button only if we can add a "Totally Dude" and "Gnarly Dude" button also!!
