I just moved to Rhode Island to take a job offer, and on my first day in the ocean state I decided to drive around and do a little exploring. Okay, a lot of exploring. Anyway, I came to the little town of Warren, RI where I found a traffic signal with two green lights. The cross street is a one way street (going to the right) and my theory is that the street used to be a two way street, with a turn arrow, but after it was changed to a one way, instead of replacing the light or taking the fourth section out, they just put in a second green ball. I'm gonna venture a guess and say it used to be a green straight arrow and green right arrow like it's sister intersection, but someone wacked the inline 4 to the right, and they changed them both over

I am going to say. It is not an exclusive phase and was converted to Balls after the lawsuit.......

Someone was to lazy to make it a 3 section in the 3 way....
