Below, is a picture that depicts one from an old book that I posted in a thread I believe last year.

Was attached to a Ruleta traffic signal cluster, and it was located somewhere near Times Square. There were a couple of these horizontal Crouse-Hinds neon ped. signals that were installed in that area in the 1940s. I am not sure if they were installed elsewhere in the city of New York.

If you look closely at the ped signal on the right there is another unlit neon arrow sign under there.

Are you sure those are Crouse Hinds neon peds? Although, it is horizontal, the housing is very different than the ones I have seen. They also look exposed, sans lenses.
