Here's a report by the Transportation Research Board with some dude named "Peter J. Yauch" at FDOT as the main researcher...wonder who that guy is? :crazy:

Found it on a web search for 170 software development information. Might be a good read for those more interested in the broad understanding of traffic controllers!
