I have a "mark IV' looking light like this that actually has "kennedy" in the casting on the top of each section.

From what I understand, back in the days Mark IV owned Eagle Signal/Automatic Signal the original Mark IV housings were made in a third-party foundry in Connecticut. When Mark IV sold the Eagle and Automatic Signal to Siemens in 1997, new molds were produced with the Mark IV logo removed from the back, and replaced with "EAGLE" on the top near the attachment hole. These are produced at the Texas plant.

Kennedy bought the original Mark IV molds from the Connecticut foundry and had them retooled, removed the logo from the back and stamping KENNEDY on the top. They were a thinner casting.
