Hmm incandescent? and I have to say that would be a bit confusing here and would probably result in the highway department getting a sheite load of calls.
Moderately inspirational message.

That must be a town with only one attorney.

One attorney in a town starves. Two attorneys are filthy rich.

Ah! So this is a pedestrian crossing only? That is not so bad. In Australia, some traffic light-controlled pedestrian crossings near schools are switched off during summer school holidays if, due to the location, they would not otherwise see much use. Elsewhere, signals are no longer set to flash at night. The majority of signals are vehicle actuated, so the authorities leave them on as people tended to think flashing amber meant they didn't have to stop - or slow down.

There is no such word as "Lense".

Cool!

Here are pedestrian crossings used to go into Flash at night, but now they just sit on green forever. Much less confusion that way. Plus, if someone wants to cross the street at 2AM and there are cars coming, the light will still change to red and allow them to stop traffic to cross safely
