Very cool Dennis.

Is that sharp looking red/green a ped signal? And I guess they built a custom housing around a regular 3M?

some really great photography there!
I am always a sucker for a 3M anyway but white 131s overseas, horizontally mounted nonetheless! You notice the door opens upward on the horiz 3M, instead of downward, the way the US orients thiers....
Are the arrows on the signal beneath the 3M for transit. Interesting combination of indications in your photos...the 3M is red and the signal beneath it has a left, thru, and right green arrows lit....very interesting!
The horizontal 4way signals with ped indications and verticle 4 ways are really sharp.
The flashing blue walk indication is the ped clearance I assume....looks to be about 4 to 5 seconds...wow must be a narrow street. You can really tell how cramped some of the intersections are with those wild "all in one mast arms!"
good stuff thanks for posting!

Japan calls the green light blue because their division line of what is green and what is blue is in a different place in the spectrum. Their word for green means yellow green.

The way I think, green and blue are not even next to each other. Cyan is in between.
