paint and work fixture

Postby SoCalJim on Sun Mar 17, 2013 4:41 pm

:hello: This is something simple that I'v used for years and I thought that others might find it useful too. It's nothing more than a scrap piece of aluminum angle that I drilled and tapped holes of different sizes in. Mostly used for painting small threaded parts for painting. Screws, bolts, and so on. And it keeps me from spray painting my fingers. But it's also handy for holding odd shapes that happen to have a hole or two. The holes are random and were drilled as needed for whatever I happen to be working on. Today I put two more threaded holes in to hold the motor coils for a C-H "motor flashing switch". It's just a handy thing to have laying around.

Just cleaning and painting them. They're from a C-H flasher.
