The SCOOT system is old school! I still don't know what ACTRA stands for!

I'd heard from an Automatic Signal guy a long time ago that the MF stood for multi-phase. However, anyone that had to carry an MF 80 series controller knows what MF really means.

I also think the Eagle EF meant Eagle Flexible, as the Fs were the ones that were multi-dial.
