I believe these signals are definitely European. I know I was on that company's Web site a long time ago. I too was in Colombia between 2000 and 2002, meeting senoritas! ;)

The Ped looks like a standard Swarco Mondial style lantern, and I'm voting for Siemens for the RAG head.
