Right, no reds, yellows, or greens.

As I recall, the synchrolizer timed a fixed offset from a synch signal and then issued a yield to the controller. It didn't have a cycle gear...you could have the "master" with a floating cycle and the synchrolizer would keep the time relation.

Yes! That makes perfect sense. Like the situation where you have a minor intersection one block from a large actuated intersection.

the relays on the top are an add on. I got a like new one here and it does not have the relays. And like Pete said it was controlled off a master that one one I has some controll of back in the middle 70"s had 3 dials and at diffrent time the master controller pick the dial. Eagle signal did almost the same thing with the ET-225 units.
