Was the blinking of the last one visible, or was it a camera artifact caused by the line frequency?

LED's @ 50hz tend to do that to cameras.... Every time I shot a video last year over there of a signal it did that fade in & Out..

That's why my digital movie camera has a 60/50 Hz setting.
