Old guy-wire masts

I think this picture is interesting becasue of the succession of mast arms visible. Along the left side of the picture you can see progressively older masts: a truss rod mast, then an angled guy wire mast, then a horizontal guy wire mast:

Great pic. Is that Bergenline in either WNY or North Bergen?

So what were the pre-bullseye Econolite 12" sections like? They wouldnt have been made for very long, just during the transition year or so after it was bought from GE.
Also, when were the long groove sections changed?

Don't think there was such a thing as a pre-bullseye 12" Econolite section. GE, yes. If there had been, they would probably look like a 12" GE section.
