A new traffic light device has been created to alert residents of Colombia's capital city, Bogota, to the dangers of excessive exposure to sunlight. [Video 2:04 mins]

Because sunlight is the problem in Bogota and now you have to be outside, in the sun, to view what danger you are experiencing.

They need a warning signal for drug cartels, beheadings, kidnappings and robberies that are headed your way as well.
