That looks like the same body Horizont Klemmefix [sorry for the spelling] used on their trailer signals.

It's the Mondial.

Futurit manufactured these for Philips under license at Vienna, where they still manufacture these outright.

Philip's moved onto its own model (or may of come from, but I believe it went to) which had rounded corners and is very small and compact. This is the one seen in East Asia (lots in Hong Kong!), Mexico, India, France and Ireland, as well as, I assume, a lot of other places.

I have a halogen one with mis-mached lenses in my collection: in the centre in this pic, under the 60's European Siemens.
