I'm sure this has been posted somewhere, sometime. Anyone know anything about "The Traffic Signal Book" by Fred L. Orcutt. It's from the 90s but I think it's out of print.

Just saw this post, and through my companys web site there are 2 used copies available for $106.00 it is out of print. Just passing the info on. The ISBN is 9780139269578
Wish I knew what it was all about..
I guess not suppose to know......

I have a copy. It is really not that great. The author put a lot of personal opinions in it that do not keep with current thinking.
