Just got a 1947 article / ad for the downlight and hung it over the light. They show the light without a visor though. :scratch:

Very nice Troy :thumbsup:

Command lenses were painted but after time the paint became brittle and when a tech would clean the lense the paint would come right off.

You should of painted the underside of the visor green like back in the day

CH offered visors as an option on beacons thats why you always see beacons with removable visors
