English 'Mellor' traffic lights

Hi there
I live in the UK and have been spotting traffic lights for ages. In addition to that Ive also modelled some based on UK ones out of Lego (which also work as well):

Pretty cool! They look like they could be used for a model train layout, HO scale maybe?

They're a little too big for HO Scale. Lego is a little small, playmobil just right I would have thought. The size was decided by the hoods as that's all I could find. I have others as well but they need wiring up.
