This is a DT beacon that I made from leftover parts used for the 7th and Grand signal

That beacon looks GREAT in green. Mine is school bus yellow and I liked it at the time but I think that green gives it a better look. I'm going to pull mine apart and paint it green. There are some other things that I've been wanting to do to it anyway... someday.

Where did you get the rope for the gasket? The rope I used on my D was a little smaller diameter than what you used, yours looks better.
